Description
SERVICES OBJECTIVES 
  • Ensure that the assigned project/s are well managed as per statement of requirement, COMPANY specification and Contractual requirement. 
  • Ensure that all construction interfaces with relevant parties i.e., CONTRACTOR, FOPS, and Project Team. 
  • Ensure that project activities are executed safely, in conformance with quality, design, schedule and budget. 
  • Ensure Construction is performed minimizing changes and claims risks. 
  • Avoid Contractor stand by / delay by answering quickly to site queries and technical unexpected site problems 
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Ensure and promote the application of the Company HSE rules and specifications. 
  • Ensure that CONTRACTORs comply (at all times) with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregard of the rules, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and organizing tool-box meetings and recovery plans. 
  • Promote safety culture within Company personnel and contractors as well as the reporting of anomalies 
  • Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the environment. 
  • Pursue within his team the HSE objectives defined by his line management. 
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED (ACTIVITIES) 
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction progress of the project on site. 
  • Prepare and supervise all the needed documents properly throughout the project life cycle until the project closeout. 
  • Coordinate with the project management team to formulate the most cost-effective plans and implement the execution of this plan afterward. 
  • Monitor and report project details to the project management, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure all changes to specifications, jobs scope and drawings are documented and updated. 
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members. 
  • Review and be responsible for the labor force hours and the job time needed for completion. 
  • Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. 
  • Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating work instructions. 
  • Adhere to company safety standards and promote safety culture in work. 
  • Manage risks related to the site or any kind of defects that impacts project delivery. 
  • To carry out any other duties/projects that may be assigned to the candidate by the hierarchy. 
  • To promote innovation and the cost reduction solutions for all line of activities. 
  • To prepare and expedite the required report of the project including for the purpose of the interfaces. This shall include provision of all relevant information required for project reporting. 
  • To be responsible for the issuance of project close out report and return of experience for project archive. 
  • To carry out any other duties/projects may be assigned to him/her by the hierarchy.
