Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD
  • Booking and Arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the MD
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Keeping the MDs schedule and constantly reminding her of her planned schedules

Skills 

  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft office
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
